The decision to marry for these two was never “if” but “when.” High school sweethearts, Dillion and Harlie are soulmates, never parted for long through their years at Lakeside High School in Sibley, near Minden in Northwest Louisiana. After their gender reveal, they decided not to wait for a later date but rather to go forward with making their union official. So, they asked me on a Monday to photograph their wedding and within a week of a flurry of planning, I was photographing this beautiful country wedding.
Following their gender reveal, Harley decided on the name Estelle Marie “Stella” for her daughter. There is something so special about knowing you are carrying a baby girl under your heart.

Dillion and his younger sister, Claire, have been very close in their high school years. She was a Lakeside cheerleader while Dillion played football for the Warriors.
Harlie’s hair was done by her sister, Colorado and her makeup was applied by Dawn Jellum. The flowers were arranged by Harlie’s mom.
